Accessibility Statement for Cardiff Partnerships School Recruitment System
This accessibility statement applies to Cardiff Metropolitan University's Cardiff Partnerships School Recruitment web application. This web application is run by Cardiff Metropolitan University.
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

How accessible this website is
We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible:
- The date entry boxes are not displaying validation messages correctly. These can be found on the application forms for Lead and Clinical partnerships, and on the panel creation form.
- The radio component has an empty span that can affect the flow of a screen reader.
- In some grids, colum header names are duplicated when the page is read by a screen reader.
- There is no facility to increase the duration of the session, and the user is not warned before the session ends. If you do not think you will be able to complete the form in less than two hours then please contact the Cardiff Partnership Team by email at ccplacements@cardiffmet.ac.uk or call 029 2041 6070 and ask for the Cardiff Partnership office, who will be able to assist you in submitting your form.

- The file upload buttons are simply called "button" by a screen reader. This fails WCAG success criterion 3.3.2. We plan to rectify this in a future unspecified release.
- There is no facility for the user to extend the duration of their session. This fails WCAG success criterion 2.2.1 (Timing Adjustable). The session will expire after two hours. We plan to add the functionality to enable users to increase the duration of by the end of 2021.
